Renee LaCour is the Director of Process Improvement and Analytics at Reily Foods, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to streamline operations and drive innovation through the strategic use of D365 and the Power Platform. She leads a team that is responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365, leveraging the Power Platform and our systems to support strategic goals across finance, supply chain operations, sales, customer service, and field service.

With a strong foundation in business process improvement and analytics, Renee bridges the gap between IT and business by aligning technology solutions with operational needs. Her leadership focuses on maximizing the value of IT business applications to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and create scalable systems that empower teams and enhance decision-making.
