Trisala P L is a Microsoft Certified Functional Consultant at Korcomptenz, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) end-to-end implementations, pre-sales, and CRM strategy.

With over 9 years of experience across the UK and India, she has delivered end-to-end CRM solutions for clients spanning Manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans end-to-end CRM delivery — from requirements workshops and solution blueprinting to Power Automate, Dual Write integrations, and Data migrations. On the commercial side, she leads presales for clients: building positioning strategy, running platform demos, and translating complex financial services requirements into defensible CRM solutions.
