Kim Congleton is the Vice President of Strategy at Technology Management Concepts (TMC), where she drives cross-functional programs that connect AI, data, and enterprise technology to tangible business growth. Her work focuses on helping companies modernize operations, streamline processes, and make confident decisions through platforms like Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure Fabric.

Before joining TMC, Kim spent eight years as co-owner of New View Strategies, shaping it into one of the most respected consultancies in the Microsoft partner space. There, she built a reputation for combining strategic clarity with technical depth, mentoring teams, speaking at industry events, and earning accolades such as the Legends Award and multiple Granite Awards for her contributions to the Business Central community.
