As a Business Central customer success and digital strategy executive at Innovia Consulting, I help companies improve their operational, financial, and information technology processes through the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central ERPs. I have over five years of experience as a Virtual CIO, Functional Consultant, and Account Manager, and I hold a Certified Care Professional (CCP) credential from the Customer Care Institute. I am passionate about empowering and mentoring others to achieve more with their MS D365 Business Software. I am an active member and speaker of the Dynamics NAV User Group (NAVUG), where I have received multiple awards and recognition for my contributions and leadership. I am also a Navangelist, a term I coined to describe my enthusiasm and advocacy for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
