I am a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, leading the Business Process Excellence programs. I have over 20 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics products, starting from version 2.5 to the latest release.

I lead a virtual team focused on ensuring customers and partners use a process-focused approach in their implementations with the goal of making all implementations go faster and better. We are creating the business process catalog and related guidance and tools with the goal to help customers and partners skill up faster, increase adoption, reduce time to value, enable sales teams to sell more effectively and reduce total cost of ownership. I specialize in Finance and Human Resources, two of the core apps of Dynamics 365 that enable organizations to manage their finances, operations, and workforce efficiently and effectively. I am a recipient of the Women of the Channel Award and former Microsoft MVP for Dynamics AX. I am very passionate about training and helping others understand how to use and implement Dynamics 365, and I share my knowledge and insights through my YouTube channel, Dynamics 365 Unboxed.
