Lenore Flower

Lenore Flower (MBA, MCT) is the Chief Data Plumber and Owner of Data Plumber, LLC, a training and consulting business that helps companies build staff capacity alongside Microsoft-based data infrastructure, with expertise spanning Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, D365, and paginated reporting.  
 
Lenore loves to play the role of “Data Mary Poppins” for her clients and is recognized for her distinctive "teach to fish" methodology that empowers clients to solve their own problems rather than creating dependency. Lenore combines technical depth in data architecture with exceptional teaching abilities to help make complex concepts accessible across skill levels.  
 
Beyond her consulting practice, Lenore co-organizes both the Power BI DC user group and the Dynamics User Group Washington, D.C. Meetup, mentors and teaches for TechFluent, and is a regular speaker at various conferences, including FABCON, PASS Summit, DynamicsCon, and Community Summit NA. She is proud to also be co-leading the Fabric Programming Committee for Community Summit NA 2026.
