I've spent 25 years making complex technology behave inside real operations: voice, telephony, and contact center systems for Avaya, Allstate, GM OnStar, and federal agencies, and since 2019, AI. Today I lead Data and AI for Columbus in North America, where I help mid-market companies turn ideas into working agents.
My work is hands-on. I build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude, write the MCP servers that connect them to live business data, and put a dollar figure on every one so leaders know what they're getting. I also teach: workshops where people arrive with a problem and leave with a running prototype and a number they can defend.
