Szelag Kamila
With a career in IT spanning nearly a decade, Kamila Szeląg has developed diverse experience working across both startups and large corporations since 2015. For the past five years, she has been a dedicated member of XPLUS, where she began as a Service Manager. Her journey continued as she was promoted to Team Leader of Service Managers, and she currently holds the position of Head of Service.
In her role, Kamila is actively engaged with clients, ensuring that XPLUS services remain competitive and effectively address the evolving needs of the ERP market. She believes that flexibility, customer satisfaction, and staying ahead of industry trends are the cornerstones of her work.
Kamila is passionate about fostering strong client relationships and driving innovation within her team. Her goal is to continually enhance the quality of services while adapting to the fast-paced changes of the IT landscape. She is committed to leading with a focus on growth and strategic development, striving to make a meaningful impact on both clients and the organization.
Outside of her professional role, Kamila enjoys playing tennis and has a keen interest in the sci-fi genre, both in movies and books. These hobbies keep her inspired and fuel her creativity, helping her bring fresh perspectives to her work.
