Diane is an Implementation & Adoption Manager who is passionate about leading people and teams through change. Her focus is people, ensuring they remain engaged, supported, and in alignment with organizational values when new systems and processes are introduced. Diane serves as the voice of end users, partnering with technical teams to help identify true needs in context, creating alignment, and helping teams and users enjoy a smooth transition with positive experiences throughout the change process.

She is a strong believer in fostering community and connecting with those who share similar passions. Diane has been an active member of the Dynamics Community since 2017 and Summit is one of her favourite times of the year, allowing her to learn, share, and connect with others.  She is a prairie girl at heart, and lives in Saskatchewan, Canada with her husband and their Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Dozer. She is an active volunteer in her local community and can be found supporting a variety of initiatives, contributing time to her curling club, or cheering on the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
