As a people-oriented servant leader, adept at building relationships and transforming business processes to enhance profitability and efficiency, I've successfully led across Human Resources, Client Services, Training & Development, and Operations for multiple organizations and managed D365 implementations across the homebuilding, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and other industries.

My leadership experience is particularly strong in problem-solving, personnel management, and optimization of business processes. I have overseen training programs, developed strategies to raise quantitative metrics of success, written policy, evolved antiquated processes, and smoothly led the daily operations of the business. I’m at my best engaging with others - fielding questions, solving complex problems, and building relationships with my team!

Before moving to an operations role, I supported Caf2Code LLC as Human Resources Director, providing full-scope HR support and transitioning the organization from a contract-based consultancy to a full-time employer. My HR experience includes designing and implementing comprehensive employee benefits, compensation, onboarding, and compliance programs. Prior to joining Caf2Code, I worked for Aramark, serving 700+ employee site as a trainer and HR Generalist, while executing a plan to make core HR functions paperless in approximately 4 months.
