I followed a winding path to my role as a D365 CRM Consultant. I cut my teeth designing and selling niche software products for the Market Research industry and then stepped into Sales and Marketing roles for AEC Professional Service firms. Throughout this journey, I’ve enjoyed leveraging technology to streamline existing processes. As a CRM Consultant, I’m energized by the challenge of designing technology systems that complement and empower Sales and Marketing teams.
