John brings almost 30 years’ experience in IT, networking, sales support, and software implementation. His 24+ year tenure with the company spans multiple departments and roles, including support, professional services, development, and sales. This breadth of experience gives him the unique ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and in bridging the gap between technology requirements and end user expectations with business needs.  He enjoys spending his personal time with his wife, children, and extended family.
