Flower, Lenore

Lenore Flower is an enthusiastic “data plumber” and co-organizer of the Power BI Washington, D.C. user group. Her technical experience includes Power BI, SQL, Azure Analysis Services, and a range of other tools to help D365 users meet their reporting and analytics ambitions.  

Lenore holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, where she prioritized finance and tech coursework that aligned with her background in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), accounting, and DQ&G (Data Quality and Governance). A passionate advocate for the "boring but essential" stuff, Lenore loves helping colleagues, customers and students learn how to build and optimize their own reports and data plumbing in addition to implementing herself. 

When not building datasets and reports, Lenore can generally be found working on her blacksmithing skills, trying out her latest DIY project, or attempting to improve her French.
