Telemetry is just a fancy word for usage data and with Business Central you can easily collect this data and analyze it with Power BI. In this session, you will learn how Power BI reports on telemetry data can give you insights into how users use the system, how to track changes to the system (such as updates, extension lifecycle, feature management changes, ...), how to troubleshoot errors, and a brief look into how to get insights into performance. The session is relevant for IT managers and their employees, ERP project managers (customer and/or partner side), and ERP project owners/end users with an interest in how the engine works.
