CPE Credits: 

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of Microsoft applications including at least one Dynamics 365 CE application (Sales, Service, Field Service or Journeys), and a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). An understanding of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc) is not required, but can be helpful.
