For those who are considering, new to, or struggling with Customer Insights, this course will provide hands-on learning walking you through everything you need to know.
We will start with, and focus most heavily on, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys - the Marketing platform from Microsoft.
Start at the beginning - learn how to perform initial setup and manage system settings.
For those of you that have been on the platform for more than a year, you'll learn the differences between Outbound Marketing to Real-Time Marketing, when to use each, and how to plan your transition to Real-Time Marketing only.
Discover how to segment customers using static or dynamic approaches. Learn how to use segmentation and other strategies to manage your emailing lists.
Deep dive into email design, personalization, testing, and tracking. Discuss using lead versus contact-centric approaches for marketing campaigns.
Walk through creating simple to sophisticated customer journeys. Learn how to design web forms that integrate with your site and understand the Power Pages connection.
We will also tackle event management. You'll not only learn how to create online and in-person events, but we will also discuss the pros and cons of using the event management features versus other options (such as Teams Webinars, etc.). And we will learn how Copilot can accelerate your creativity, productivity and expertise throughout the marketing platform.
The last portion of the session will focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data - which is included with the platform.
Develop an understanding of how Customer Insights Data works, what it is for, and how it can help your organization to create a true "360 degree" view of the customer. Explore how to unlock customer information such as demographic and behavioral data, providing customer intent predictions, and discover new audiences with real-time recommendations.
