I'm an entrepreneur who has spent my career turning ideas into businesses that last — in scrappy startups and inside large, complex organizations.

For the past 12 years I've been Founder and CEO of OneMob. We build an AI video platform for sales and marketing teams, helping them reach buyers with personalized video and content — and see exactly what lands. Our customers include IBM, HPE, Liberty Mutual, SpaceX, Fidelity, FIS Global, Mohawk, and several professional sports teams.

Before OneMob, I was at Salesforce, where I helped grow the AppExchange from an early concept into a marketplace of more than 2,000 apps. There's a symmetry I appreciate in having helped build an ecosystem and then going out and building a company inside it. Twelve years in, that arc has taught me most of what I know about products, partners, and patience.
